Two: Meet Carmelita Ballesteros
Dr. Carmelita Ballesteros is Assistant Professor in the College of Foreign Languages and Literatures at Da-Yeh University in Changua, Taiwan. She has taught ESL/EFL, written pronunciation textbooks, and trained teachers in the Philippines and Taiwan. She has a Ph.D. in Literature from the University of Santo Tomas.

Professor John Fanselow is the president of International Pacific College, in Palmerston North, New Zealand. For much of his career, he has been closely associated with Teachers College, Columbia University, where he served as Chair of the TESOL department and developed TC's M.A. in TESOL program in Japan.
